He’s an athlete himself and this diet gives you energy to workout like crazy so that you can become an athlete like him. He stresses the importance of exercising cardio and strength. He even tells you how to do it which has really helped me notice a difference in the shape of my arms and legs. A little muscle goes a long way towards hotness!
One of the great things about this diet plan is that it treats you as an individual. The book is broken down into body types to target your specific needs. It’s good to know that someone realizes that I shouldn’t be on the same diet as everybody else. It makes me feel special! He goes into specific foods that help you boost your metabolism and burn fat. His program is supposed to make your body into a fat burning furnace and I’ve really been feeling energetic lately, so it must be true. I was almost bouncing off the wall the other day! I’ve tried almost everything to lose weight. I’m desperate. I heard all the hype about Fat Loss for Idiots and so I decided to try it myself. I was a little worried before I looked it up on the computer. I figured it would be really expensive but it was actually really cheap. For only $39 dollars you get instant access to all the information needed to follow the diet.
You even get access to what they call a “diet generator” that lets you plan out your whole menu. It makes it pretty easy to decide what you are going to eat that day. I really like the fact that you don’t have to count calories, just pick a certain food group. You have to use a little willpower here though because you’re supposed to eat only until you are satisfied. When there are no set rules, I tend to push the limit!
It was a little hard to get used to squeezing in another meal during the day since this diet requires you to eat 4 times a day. I found it was easiest to eat two lunches rather than try to put it between the three traditional meals. So I eat in the morning, at mid morning, mid afternoon and in the evening. I find it gives me the best energy.
Day two is a tough one, though. You get one sandwich that day and the rest of your food has to be fruit. The whole “calorie shifting” is supposed to be the reason you lose so much weight but it’s hard to eat so differently everyday. I’ve been eating a regular diet almost all my life and having to make such big changes has been a challenge for me.
Another thing that I have been having a hard time with is the sugar limit. I love chocolate! On this diet, I can’t eat it! But here is a good thing…..This diet is a 11 days on, 3 days off diet, so whatever I can’t eat on the 11 days of dieting, I can eat as much on the 3 days off as I want! In the first 11 days, you are supposed to be able to lose 9 lbs. I only lost 4, but that is okay for only 11 days of dieting, don’t you think? I’ll probably do a couple more sessions and see if I get the same results.
