I heard about this new diet called “Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle.” Being a girl, I figured that it was not my thing since I wanted to be skinny, not muscular, but when I read the information on the website, it said that women could use this too and not get bulky.

I almost went into information overload just by reading the website. Wow, this guy Tom Venuto really knows fitness nutrition, but he’s a real skeptic. However, he had people on his website that went from really fat to really hot just using his technique! I was intrigued and I had to try it.

So I paid the $39.95, which I thought was really cheap, and downloaded the book. But that wasn’t all I got. There were six bonus books included that were really informational on their own.

The thing I liked most about this diet was the down to earth, realistic attitude of Tom Venuto. He doesn’t feed you any BS. He’s an athlete himself and this diet gives you energy to workout like crazy so that you can become an athlete like him. He stresses the importance of exercising cardio and strength. He even tells you how to do it which has really helped me notice a difference in the shape of my arms and legs. A little muscle goes a long way towards hotness!

One of the great things about this diet plan is that it treats you as an individual. The book is broken down into body types to target your specific needs. It’s good to know that someone realizes that I shouldn’t be on the same diet as everybody else. It makes me feel special! He goes into specific foods that help you boost your metabolism and burn fat. His program is supposed to make your body into a fat burning furnace and I’ve really been feeling energetic lately, so it must be true. I was almost bouncing off the wall the other day! I haven’t felt so young in a long, long time.

I’ve been on this diet for almost 2 months now and I have lost over 15 lbs. I feel great and look great too! The best thing about what Tom Venuto teaches you is that it’s not just a diet; it’s a lifestyle so if I continue to use these new things I’ve learned I will never gain back the weight that I lost. The goal tracking and visualization that Tom teaches will help you not only get stronger physically but also mentally to help you resist that temptation to eat the whole tub of double fudge ice cream!

Fastest Way To Lose Weight

Hello! I’m just a girl looking to lose weight. I’ve tried just about every diet I know about. I’m very busy and finding the time to do a lot of exercise and counting anything would be hard for me. I’m a mother, a wife, an entrepreneur, and I work a part time job, not to mention housework (when I get around to it!) But I haven’t given up on my weight loss journey…
