<p>You even get access to what they call a “diet generator” that lets you plan out your whole menu. It makes it pretty easy to decide what you are going to eat that day. I really like the fact that you don’t have to count calories, just pick a certain food group. You have to use a little willpower here though because you’re supposed to eat only until you are satisfied. When there are no set rules, I tend to push the limit!</p>

<p>It was a little hard to get used to squeezing in another meal during the day since this diet requires you to eat 4 times a day. I found it was easiest to eat two lunches rather than try to put it between the three traditional meals. So I eat in the morning, at mid morning, mid afternoon and in the evening. I find it gives me the best energy.</p>
<p>Day two is a tough one, though. You get one sandwich that day and the rest of your food has to be fruit. The whole “calorie shifting” is supposed to be the reason you lose so much weight but it’s hard to eat so differently everyday. I’ve been eating a regular diet almost all my life and having to make such big changes has been a challenge for me.</p>
<p>Another thing that I have been having a hard time with is the sugar limit. I love chocolate! On this diet, I can’t eat it! But here is a good thing…..This diet is a 11 days on, 3 days off diet, so whatever I can’t eat on the 11 days of dieting, I can eat as much on the 3 days off as I want! In the first 11 days, you are supposed to be able to lose 9 lbs. I only lost 4, but that is okay for only 11 days of dieting, don’t you think? I’ll probably do a couple more sessions and see if I get the same results.</p>
<p>There were times that I had questions and wasn’t sure if I was doing things right which is where this diet fails. There is no support or phone number to call and talk to somebody who knows. Once you buy the book, you’re pretty much on your own.</p>

<p>I was pretty soar the first few days and then my body started to get used to the exercises and I was feeling pretty good about myself. I was losing a little weight after the first week and wondering if this was going to keep going. Soon I noticed a big loss in weight and my jeans were getting bigger around the waist! Yeah!</p>
