When I decided to lose weight, I was looking around the internet for some help, anything to get me towards my goals. I stumbled upon the Truth about Six Pack Abs. This diet was completely dedicated to losing belly fat. I looked down at my tub of jelly and decided that this must be the diet for me.

So I bought it. It cost me $39.95 and was immediately downloadable. It promised me a six pack in 8 weeks without doing a single crunch. Since I hated crunches, I was very glad for that, but if I don’t do crunches, what do I do to get hot abdominal muscles?

It took me a couple of days to finish the book but it was well worth it. The founder of this diet is Mike Geary. He unveiled my eyes from the many myths that have been instilled into my brain by the last two decades of wrong information. I now know the right way to eat and exercise that is easier for me to follow and is more effective in burning belly fat. The diet is focuses on natural foods or as close to the natural state of the source. So no processed, sugary, fried foods, which is the obvious thing in any diet but it goes beyond that.

I’ve been following this program for 2 weeks now and I already notice a difference in my abs, not just from the front but also from the sides. I’m slowly turning by tub of jelly into a beautiful toned slim tower. I will keep going at this diet for sure!

So I am dieting and exercising, both good for my health, but I’m not stressing out over either. My workouts are actually shorter than before because now I’m doing them the right way, through interval training. My diet is simple, eat naturally. So I eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, free range eggs and meat, and light grains and starches. I feel so much lighter and I don’t mean weight wise, even though I have lost weight. I mean I have bounce in my step. I sleep so good at night too! This diet is definitely good for energy. I understand why, too. Natural foods are free from all the chemicals and additives in processed foods that make the body tired and weak. I think that if I followed the diet alone without exercising I would still see major results.

This program delivers two fold by teaching you the correct way to eat, and the correct way to exercise. I’m lucky I found this instead of an unrealistic, ineffective diet like so many out there.The Truth About Six Pack Abs

Fastest Way To Lose Weight

Hello! I’m just a girl looking to lose weight. I’ve tried just about every diet I know about. I’m very busy and finding the time to do a lot of exercise and counting anything would be hard for me. I’m a mother, a wife, an entrepreneur, and I work a part time job, not to mention housework (when I get around to it!) But I haven’t given up on my weight loss journey…
