Turbulence Training……..that sounds scary! But the simplicity of this weight loss program is great! No more 45 minutes treadmill workouts for me! And the thing is, I feel stronger than I ever did! I mean, after two weeks of this program, I noticed myself feeling more agile than I ever did. I feel like a teenager!

So the intense exercises that I do are about 20-30 minutes a day. I don’t just sit there and run, I am moving! I’m doing things with my body and working muscles I didn’t even know I had! It turns out that you can burn fat better by doing these quick interval training cardio/strength mixes than pure cardio ever would, which works really good with my busy schedule! I was always skipping exercises before because I just didn’t have enough time but now I can fit my workouts into any 20 minutes chiseled out of the day!

On the nutrition side, I learned a lot about how to eat and what types of food to choose. The writer of this nutrition book is Dr. Chris Moor. He is knowledgeable but I had to make my own meal plans. I hate making a meal plan. I don’t like to plan anything. So this kind of sucked, but besides that, the workouts were what really shined on this program. You never get bored because throughout the whole 8 weeks, there are so many new moves to learn and use that your mind is engaged and you don’t find yourself taking a mental trip and losing interest in your workout. I’ve been in so many fitness classes that make me start thinking. I think about my to-do list, my husband, my kids, and before I realize it, I’ve just about crawled my workout to a halt. When I workout, I want it to be a full mind-body experience. This program delivered!

When I bought it, (which I only paid 39.95!), I also got so many more bonus e-books that I have my reading cut out for me for a long time! As long as I stick with a good eating plan, this turbulence training should definitely help me with my weight loss goals! I am noticing a good bounce in my step and I love my workouts. Chances are, I will stick with this for a long time! Now all I have to do is find a good meal plan……ah…..geez!

Fastest Way To Lose Weight

Hello! I’m just a girl looking to lose weight. I’ve tried just about every diet I know about. I’m very busy and finding the time to do a lot of exercise and counting anything would be hard for me. I’m a mother, a wife, an entrepreneur, and I work a part time job, not to mention housework (when I get around to it!) But I haven’t given up on my weight loss journey…
